Chef Garcia joined the Southbound team in November of 2024, relocating from Jamaica with his family. With a background in some of Jamaica’s most prestigious kitchens, he brings bold island flavors, refined technique, and a deep passion for hospitality to our menu. With his experience and culinary vision, Southbound enters an exciting new chapter—blending the vibrant, soulful flavors of the Caribbean with the bold spirit of Mexican cuisine.
